The SoCal Chapter has setup a mentoring program allowing its membership to become mentors or mentees. This program will allow membership to get career advise, business advise, leadership advise, etc. ASEI has formalized the mentoring process by allowing membership to signup as mentors or mentees. Mentors can pass on their knowledge to membership or youth of our community. The mentees can gain knowledge and insights from the highly experienced membership.

ASEI Mentoring Process:
Step 1: If you want to be mentored (get advise), fill in the mentee form and submit it to mentoring@aseisocal.net.
If you want to be a mentor (share knowledge), fill in the mentor form and submit it to mentoring@aseisocal.net.
Step 2: The ASEI Mentoring team will review the forms and make the best match for the mentee and mentor.
Step 3: The mentor and mentee will be notified about their responsibilities
Step 4: The mentor and mentee meet and develop their mentoring plan
